Tall Black Guy “Make It For Forever And Ever” TBG has some of the best chops. So much soul, so on point. Had this on repeat all morning.
Air Kalo “Midtown” Heads nods here… it has that grit and soul. Channels Kaytranada, Dilla, and even some Dust at points. We’ll be looking for more from this producer.
OtterNotBe “Who Am I” Future boom bap from American producer OtterNotBe. Some nice jazzy overtones on this one too.
Raphy “Why I Hate Myself” This one has some funk to it. Nice dusty sampling here from Raphy. Not sure why it’s given this title because it feels decidedly upbeat. Stay until the end. Maybe that’s our clue?

TADASHI “Manwitdaplan” Spacey groove on this one. Nice soulful sounds. One of our favorites from 2018.
Xavier[EXS22] “She Makes Me Feel Like…” The artist’s description sums it up perfectly…
If you are looking for a song that features a happy and calming atmospheric hip-hop/jazz-hop style tune that has a euphoric and calming feel to it, my original instrumental production ‘She Makes Me Feel Like…’ would fit well with what you are looking for.

Missiles Over Moscow “Right Before Midnight” Dope chill hop vibes on this one. Jazzy and soulful, it’s an easy listen and left us wanting to hear more. Shouts to our friends at Stereofox.com.
Pablo Zuazo “Macaco Nu Jazz” From the opening notes, I knew I was going to dig this. Really dope rhodes piano on this one that sets the mood just right. Looking forward to hearing Pablo’s next track.
C.O.W. “$hanghai Mone¥ EP” This was unexpected. A pretty captivating listen with all the twists and turns. They produce and play mostly instrumental electronic music, which spans from obscure jazz interludes to electrified club beats. It’s tough to nail down an apples to apples comparison but it’s somewhere in between Flying Lotus and Hudson Mohawke.
VIOLENTLYILL “Clairvoyance (feat. DJ Koncept)” This is dope. Video is awesome too. Ambient chilled out dreamy melodic hip-hop. DJ Koncept features on the cuts.
